Business listing corrections and appeals
Business owners, staff, users and source publishers can report a factual problem. Corrections are free. Payment and commercial relationships do not affect the decision.

Send a correction request
Email contact@ororadar.com with [Correction] in the subject line. Include the page URL, the disputed field, the proposed correction, your relationship to the business and a public or official source that supports the change.

Suitable evidence
A request from an owner or employee is useful context but is not automatically accepted as proof. Do not send identity documents, payment records or customer transaction details unless OroRadar.com asks for a specific item.
- An official business website that identifies the same location.
- A relevant government or regulator record.
- A dated notice from the listing source.
- A clear storefront or business communication that can be independently checked.

Review process
- The current record and its source are identified.
- The proposed fact is checked against the submitted evidence and available independent sources.
- Conflicts or ambiguous identity matches are held for review. They are not auto-merged.
- The record is corrected, marked unavailable, withdrawn or left unchanged based on the evidence.
- The request, evidence, decision and review date are retained as an editorial audit record.

Appeal a decision
Reply to the decision email with [Appeal] in the subject line and identify the evidence or reasoning that should be reconsidered. Add new source material where possible. A second review applies the same evidence and independence rules. An appeal does not guarantee a different result.

What a correction does not do
A correction does not transfer ownership of a listing, create an endorsement or buy preferential placement. OroRadar.com may keep a record unavailable when the available evidence cannot resolve the conflict safely.
